Drone
The S330 drone
A vertical take-off, fixed-wing cruise drone, fully electric, designed, built and flown by the same team at our factory in Antananarivo.

Vertical take-off, wing-borne cruise
The S330 takes off and lands vertically, like a multirotor, then flies as an aeroplane on its wings. It is fully electric and needs neither a runway nor a catapult.
Since 2019, our drones have flown every day. The S330 is designed, built and maintained by the team that flies it.
One configuration per mission
References for each mission are on the Track record page.
Mapping
In its mapping configuration, the S330 carries an optical camera for large-area surveys.
Light transport
In its transport configuration, the S330 flew the cargo routes of our health logistics programme.
Surveillance
In its surveillance configuration, an unarmed system was handed over on 6 October 2026 in Antananarivo, with training for the crews who operate it.
What the data sheet shows
The data sheet below is dated and lists only values measured on our operational flights. Each line states what was measured. Design values not yet demonstrated are left out.
Technical data
Values as of 2 November 2026.
| Parameter | Value | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Wingspan | 3.2 m measured | Airframe dimension of the operational aircraft. |
| Cruise speed | 23–25 m/s (83–90 km/h) measured | Indicated airspeed, recorded on 300 operational flights in 2025; depends on the battery fitted. |
| Steady wind in flight | 15 m/s (54 km/h) measured | Demonstrated in operation: more than 30 flight hours above 14 m/s. |
| Rain | moderate to heavy measured | More than 50 flight hours in rain recorded in the flight log, including tropical downpours. |
| Air temperature | up to 37 °C measured | Highest temperature recorded on an operational flight. |
