Engineering and manufacturing, from drawing to flight
Our drones are designed, built, tested and improved under one roof, at our factory in Antananarivo. We put that chain at the service of industrial companies.
The whole chain, under one roof
The S330 family is designed and built in Antananarivo by AirProd, the group's design and production company. Design office, composites, electronics, assembly and test benches work in the same factory, at Ambohibao Antehiroka.
Our aeronautical engineers trained at leading French engineering schools; our technicians are Malagasy. R&D is shared between our Antananarivo teams and AerialMetric SAS in France.
From drawing to flight

Computer-aided design and simulation, through to a part that is ready to build.

Moulds and composites
Moulds and composite parts made on site.

Electronics and wiring
Integration of on-board electronics and aircraft wiring.

Assembly
Sub-assemblies and complete aircraft.

Bench testing on the ground, of sub-assemblies and aircraft.

Flight testing
At a test site about an hour from Antananarivo.

Maintenance
Upkeep of aircraft in service, with parts and support in Madagascar.

Design
Design of parts, sub-assemblies and aircraft, with simulation.
Composites
Moulds and composite parts made in our workshop.
Prototyping
Moulds, parts and prototypes made on site; a change can be flight-tested within days.
Small series
The prototype becomes a series on the same lines, with the same teams. Operators are recruited and trained locally.
Maintenance and repair
We maintain the drones we build, including those of our customers. See Drones, training and maintenance.
Contract manufacturing
Composite parts, sub-assemblies, wiring, assembly and testing, carried out on our lines for industrial customers. See Industrial partners.
Quality and export control
Our quality management system follows ISO 9001 for the design, manufacture and operation of drones; ISO 9001:2026 certification is in progress. Details are on the Quality and compliance page.
Every request is reviewed — country, end user, end use — against the applicable regulations before any offer is made.
